Prompt: Create a 1-2 minute long explainer video for any educational topic of your choice. I chose to make my explainer video on the city of Aarhus in Denmark and why it consistently ranks as the happiest city in the world. I felt that this was a great topic for me because it touches on factors of happiness within psychology as well as environmental factors such as the city's revolutionary sustainability efforts and the Sustainable Development Goals.

Above are a few of my Illustrator artboards from my asset creation process. I had a lot of assets to make for this video so I uploaded my assets in groups and added most of my text in After Effects.
Final Video (With Captions)
To animate my project, I used After Effects features like the puppet tool, masking, parenting, and more to bring it to life. To add captions, I used the transcribe feature in Premiere Pro.
